Third Grade Blog

Hello!
Rain, rain go away!  It's been a wet week but students have been in good spirits!  We started Blue Devil Time this week which is the heart of our social emotional curriculum.  Also, students had their first elective block!  Here's what we have been doing in humanities...

Reading:  Students are getting the hang of responding in their reader's notebooks to a prompt.  We will begin our full reader's workshop next week!

Writing:  We are continuing some get to know you activities that will be on display at Open House!   Writer's workshop will begin next week!
