We are having a great January! Here is what we have been up to...
Reading: We are focusing on folk tales. Students are working to identify the message/moral. They will be working in book clubs to analyze and classify folk tales.
Writing: We are in the middle of writing informational texts about a topic we are an expert on. Students have been learning how to create an introduction, headings, and a conclusion. We are very impressed with how well they have been doing!

Low- Susan is gone
High- I hope we go outside
Low- I have a cold
High- I had fun teaching writing when Mrs. T was gone

Low- it’s a half day on Friday
