Dear Families,
We have had a very productive week back from vacation. The weather cooperated and we were able to get outside to read and write. Here is an update:
Reading: We have started, A Dog's Life. Stduents are continuing to focus on how characters change and grow throughout the course of a text. We are continuing to conference with students about their independent reading as well.
Writing: We are finishing up our poetry unit and preparing for our upcoming Poetry Breakfast! Students are excited to create our class poetry anthology.
